This original series premieres on Disney+ in September 2022. Starring Diego Luna as rebel operative Cassian Andor, first featured in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Andor documents the political complexities and high stakes that led up to Rogue One.
The story focuses on Cassian Andor’s journey to discover the difference he can make in the galaxy. The series brings forward the tale of the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire and how diverse peoples and worlds became involved. It is an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue where Cassian embarks on the path that is destined to turn him into a rebel hero.

Andor was created by Tony Gilroy, who also wrote multiple episodes along with co-screenwriters Dan Gilroy, Stephen Schiff, and Beau Willimon. Gilroy is also an executive producer along with Kathleen Kennedy, Sanne Wohlenberg, Diago Luna, and Michelle Rejwan.
